FRCF Winter Rowing Program – Week One
Workouts:
Primary – 3 X 8 minutes; 24-28 spm; fan setting = u set; rest interval – 5 minute or partner worktime.
Secondary – 10 X 300m; 26-30 spm; fan setting = u set; Rest 10 strokes between 300m pieces.
