15-12-9 reps for time of:
burpee
deadlift, 135 lbs (95 lbs)
At that 10 minute mark………
12-9-6 reps for time of:
burpee over the bar
power clean, 135 lbs (95 lbs)
At the 20 minute mark……..
9-6-3 for time of:
burpee box jump, 24″ box
power snatch, 135 lbs (95 lbs)
All barbell reps will be performed with whatever weight that you are using for the power snatch.
