6×3 strict press–start light and build to a heavyish set for the day

Last rep each set pause for 5 seconds overhead

superset first 3 sets with 10-15 hip extensions

Russian kb swings red/green

rx+ go as heavy as you can stay unbroken on the swings 🙂
