Lift
4×2 power snatch start at 70% and build to 85

superset with T2B work

Level 1: 10 kip swings+ 10 band pulldowns in hollow
Level 2: 10 hanging knee raises+10 band pulldowns in hollow
Level 3: hard but sustained set+ 4-6 strict toes to bar

after the last set, do 8 TAG reps at 70% of what you hit today
