EMOM until failure
Power snatch–start at around 60% and add around 5% each round

you get 2 misses, then switch to power cleans, same rules

30:00 cap

every 2-3 rounds, hit a power clean after your power snatch just to make sure you stay warm for that as well

If you are newer, consider only going up every 2 rounds, or even every 3 rounds.
