1 wall walk+10 handstand shoulder taps

10 kettlebell snatches green/yellow (total)
20 beaded double unders
3 wall walks

Rx+ 20 feet of hs walking 
Cooldown
6 sets of 
:20 normal breath
:20 breath hold (exhaled)
