6 rounds: 
3 pendlay rows
5-10 weighted ring dips
10 barbell romanian deadlifts

Goal is to get as heavy as you can maintain the same weight on rows and rdls.

For time with a 22:00 cap:
10-1 
Burpee toes to bar
Power snatch 95/65

Run a 150 after every round, including the end. 

Rx+ 5 down to 1 is burpee bar muscle ups.
