Workout
Every 6:00 for 7 rounds

20/16 cal bike then, 
10 of:
SLRDL/side
Double dumbbell bench
Zottman curls

Score is load. 

Only tempo prescription today is slower down, faster up. Doesn’t have to be 2 sec.
