Warmup
Go through an empty bar snatch warmup, then:

3:00 EMOM (empty bar)
2 Snatch deadlifts+2 hang snatch high pulls+2 muscle snatches

rest 1-2 minutes then

3:00 EMOM (empty bar)

2 OHS+2 Sotts press+2 snatch balance

Then warmup your snatch to 70-80%
Lift
Squat Snatch
10:00 EMOM

Pick one weight between 70-80% and stay there! 
Workout
7:00 AMRAP
3,6,9 etc 
OHS 95/65
Burpees over the bar

Rx+ Bar facing burpees
