every 3:00 for 3 rounds
1 deadlift at about a 9/10 effort

9 ring dips
15m dumbbell front rack walking lunges 2x 50/35 (7.5m down and back)
21/15 cal bike rx+ overhead lunges
Staging
Lunge from red pole to red pole and back
bikes near the red wall
most people should do dips on the new rig, so that there’s less running in front of lunges 🙂
