If your projected max is above 200, add 10 pounds every round. Once you miss, drop 20 pounds and stay there. 
If your projected max is 100-200, add 5 pounds every round. Once you miss, drop 15 pounds and stay there
If your projectted max is <100 add 5 pounds every other round. Once you miss, drop 10 pounds and stay there.
