The FRCF schedule for this weekend
August 28th and 29th
As most of you are aware, FRCF is hosting the Colorado Open this weekend, August 28th and 29th. All normal FRCF workouts are cancelled for Saturday, August 28th. We will hold our regularly scheduled workouts on Friday and everything is back to normal on Monday. For those of you in the FRCF Skills Program, feel free to come to the Friday night workout at 5:30 PM.
