Murph
1 mile run

Then
partition as desired
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 air squats

Then
1 mile run

Here is the order that we recommend:

First time: 1/2 or partner murph
Second time: no vest, partitioned, full murph

Once you can do full murph partitioned, without a vest, in under 45 minutes, you should put a vest or do it non partitioned

Don’t forget, 1 class 9am. BBQ at 11ish
