10:00 of handstand walk practice:

Level 1–pike shoulder taps
Level 2 wall walk+ shoulder taps
Level 3–hs walk

Then practice a few carries, pushup, and burpees
For time:

50 hand release pushups
50 burpeesĀ 

Every time you break:
Front rack carry 100m 2x yellow/blue

Rx+ 40 strict hspu

after 5 breaks, just finish for time
Accumulate :90 in a passive ring hang
