$105,000 Prize Purse

FRCF Do More Charity Challenge 2016

October 1st-2nd, 2016
Presented by Community Banks of Colorado

Register Here: Link to come!

We all have charity causes that we believe in.  The Do More Charity Challenge allows you to choose the cause that YOU believe in and compete on their behalf.  It is a two-fold fundraising event. Your team raises money for your charity prior to the event. Then, on the day of the competition, you compete to win thousands of dollars in additional prize money for your charity! We work all year to raise the prize money that is distributed to the top teams. In 2015, the first year of the event, the FRCF Do More Charity Challenge raised over $200 thousand dollars for charities! We hope to far exceed that in 2016.

The Do More Charity Challenge is the only event in the CrossFit world where you can earn money for your charity of choice with your athletic performance.

Please see below for the details and if you have any questions, send an email to: [email protected].

FRCF Colorado Open 2016

FRCF Colorado Open 2016
August 20th, 2016
Price: TBD

Register here: Coming soon!

We have 100 athlete slots available.  When they fill, we close registration. We are keeping it old-school intimate, fun, well-run and judged.

The Colorado Open is a one-day competition in 2016. This allows for more athletes to get involved. But get ready for Skip’s creative programming. You will be challenged with a variety of skills and workouts that are balanced for the lifter, the gymnast, and the endurance athlete. You will go home tired and satisfied!

These athlete slots are COMPLETELY transferable to ANYONE.  If, for ANY reason you cannot compete in August, there will be a window from August 1st through August 13th that you can email Skip and he will transfer your registration to the name that you give him.  There will be no refunds given for any reason.  You will be responsible for finding your own replacement.

There will NOT be a waiting list of any kind.

If you do not get into this first round of registration, keep your eyes on the Colorado CrossFit Affiliates Event page on Facebook. That will be the place of choice for registered athletes to find replacements if they can’t find a replacement athlete on their own.

There will be cheering friends and family, vendors and sponsors booths, affiliate tent city, sponsor prizes… everything you are looking for in a community event.

We love the Retro old-school CrossFit feel of smaller community events and hope you do too. We are bringing back what we love about CrossFit and good-ole competition.

The programming will be very inclusive. Basically, if you could do all of the weights and movements from the 2016 CrossFit Open you will be able to compete in this event without modification.

Come out and compete in one of the longest running fitness competitions in the CrossFit Community – 9 years strong!
