Warmup
Get all of your dumbbells set up and then do a few reps of stepovers and floor press. 

Then, do a hang power clean warmup

Then, accumulate 2:00 in a front rack hold at 60% of your max front squat

If you don’t know what that is, do 135/95 or 95/65, based off of whichever one seems more appropriate

A 3 Hang power cleans–start at 135/95 and build as you feel comfortable
B 15 dumbbell floor press 2×35/25 
C 10 dumbbell stepovers 2×35/25 to 20/16
D :150 run
