Then do a few kb snatches and situps, and get ready to go!

3:00 of 90/90 breathing with your mask on

Then spend any remaining time working on something that you’d like to work on. Ideas: 

Pulling gymnastics movements
3×10-15 reps of a few upper body or posterior chain bodybuilding movements
Extra cardio
Olympic technique
go for a walk/do mobility
