5 Rounds for time
20/14 cal bike
15 weighted situps (kb on chest) 12/8
10 Russian kb swing 32/24

Rx+ GHDs or T2B, athlete’s choice
12:00 for quality
5 natural leg extensions
10 dumbbell/kb hip thrusts
20 banded abductions/side
