Level 2: hard tuck lever hang+jump to hip to bar
Level 3: 3 rounds for time 150m run+50% of your max BMU set
5 on the 5:00 start
10 parking spots single arm oh carry/side–every 2 parking spots, do 1 strict press @ 2020 (only on carry arm)
5 strict pullups–c2b if you can
bike for the remainder of the time
