1 person does a 50m reverse sled drag 2×45/25
1 person works
1 person rests

Switch when the person comes in from the sled
(So runner goes to work, work goes to rest, rest goes to sled)
Work can work during the transition out to the sled. 

30 rounds for time
5 dumbbell box stepovers 2×35/25 to 24/20
3 box jump overs 24/20
1 snatch 135/95

rx+ 155/105–and must be squat snatch. Could also go heavier on dumbbells
