4X1 reps–all sets above 85% of 1rm deadlift from the ground–NOT a find a heavy/max day. Just heavy clean singles. 

Then 1×10 not touch and go at 60% of what you hit. 


after each warmup set, do 15 double pause (bottom and top) calf raises/side (4-6 total sets)
