Every 6:00 for 4 sets–4:00 cap each round
150 run HARD
3 power cleans
6 (total) front rack forward lunges
9 pullups

rx+ 3-5 RMU (maybe unbroken, but hard)

Score is total load moved without getting capped. 
So if you go 
95/105/115/capped your score is 95+105+115

must be same weight for cleans and lunge.
