Then warmup fs to about 65%

Every 3:00 for 7 rounds
2 front squats, up to something heavy
Workout
Every 3:00 for 5:00 rounds

12 dumbbell box stepovers 24/20; 50/35
8 alternating hang squat cleans 50/35

Rx+ replace stepovers with 16 alternating pistols
