Warmup
Get your sumo box squat setup and warmed up. While you’re doing that, accumulate:
30 leg raises in side plank/side
30 scap pullups
Lift
8 rounds on the 3:00 start
1 Sumo box squat–start at about 50% of what you hit last time and build from there

1 Pullup complex:
:30 active chinup hang
:10 flexed arm chinup hang
5 strict chinups
Workout
Every :30 for 25 rounds 
2 dumbbell facing burpees
4 alternating dumbbell snatches 50/35
