then

5 ring swings (can go ring to hip)
3 jumping RMU
then do 1 round of
25 du
6 DB stepups total
2 RMU/jumping rmu
Workout
7x
2:00 on
2:00 off 50 DU
10 dumbbell stepups (total) 2×35/25 to 20/16
max RMU/jumping RMU in remaining time hold the dbs however you want
10:00 easy movement, then stretch anything that feels tight!
