With a partner, split however:

1 devil’s press
2 DB Push Presses
3 DB Front Squats
4 Dumbbell Snatches
5 Hand-Release Push-Ups
6 Box Jumps
7 Pullups
8 air squats
9 burpees
10 Sit-Ups
11 Kettlebell Swings
1200m row

Rx: 35/20 on dumbbells, 24/20 box, green/yellow swing
Rx+ 50/35 on dumbbells, 30/24 box, hspu, chest to bar

This is a riff on CrossFit South Brookyn’s 12 days of Christmas WOD,

and it goes like the song:

1 Devil’s press
Then 2 DB push press and 1 Devil’s press
Then 3,2,1
Etc.

Since this is a partner workout, you can switch off whenever you want!
