45 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
45 Jumping Pull-Ups
45 Kettlebell Swings yellow/blue
45 Forward Lunge Steps (no weight)
45 Knees-to-Elbows
45 Push Presses (45/35 lb)
45 RDLs 45/35 (must get below knee)
45 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)–ladies get to go to 9 today
45 Burpees
45 Double-Unders
Stretch or roll anything that needs it!
