Go through a good empty bar warmup, then get to the accessory work
Accessory Work
4 sets of 6-8 reps of:
Single arm arnold press/arm
Bentover row–get pretty heavy here! 
Curtsy lunges/leg

Then warmup your movements to workout weight
3 sets of: 
3:00 EMOM
A 12 Deadlifts 155/105
B 9 HPC 155/105
C 6 S2O 155/105

Right into 3:00 EMOM
:30 max burpees

Rx+ bar facing burpees

So this is an 18:00 EMOM, where minutes 1,2,3; 7,8,9; and 13,14,5 are barbell movements, and 4,5,6; 10,11,12; and 16,17,18 are burpees
