Warmup
4 sets of 8
Rear foot elevated deadlifts/side
1 arm power row/side–get heavier than last week

After every set do :40 bearhug hold
Go through a kipping warmup

Then do 2 sets of 
4 dumbbell snatch, alt
3 t2b
3 pullups

To get pacing and staging figured out
Workout
:90 AMRAP
:30 reset
x 5 rounds

10 alternating dumbbell snatches 50/35
5 toes to bar
5 pullups, chest to bar if you can

No Rx+, just go faster and get more rounds
