Workouts held in the Gym:
CrossFit = CrossFit Workout-of-the-Day.
Boot Camp = This workout is designed to build work capacity, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance. It is a "CrossFit-style" workout but without barbells.
Workouts held in the Weight Room:
Weightlifting = Olympic Weightlifting and Strength Programs.
Basic Barbell = Development of Basic Barbell Techniques. Athletes learn the skills necessary to transition into our Olympic Weightlifting Program.
Gymnastics = Advanced class in body weight movements. Muscle-ups, handstand push ups, hand walking, ring work, bar work and some floor skills. There is a basic body-weight strength requirement to be eligible to participate in this class.
Children:
Nanny = We have an experienced Nanny here to watch infants to 3-yr-olds weekdays from 9-10 am.
Kids CrossFit = Supervised playtime by a CF-Level 1 / CF-Kids Coach for 3 to 9-yr-old children.
Kids Weightlifting = 12-week sessions available for 10-12-yr-olds in Olympic Weightlifting.
Sunday = Closed

Front Range CrossFit does NOT have open gym hours. All scheduled workouts are coached.
Hours of Operation:
Front Range CrossFit is only open during the workout times listed on the schedule.
