Round 2 and 3: pushups
Rounds 4-6 air squats

score is total reps
1 round= both partners running the 400

Note–obviously, if you sandbag the run, your partner can get more reps. HOWEVER, that cap is pretty tight for 12 400s, so you’ll probably lose out on a run if you do that. 🙂
