Back squats
2×4 at 80% (2-3 reps left in the tank

then

3×6 at 69% of what you did

superset all sets with 3 tall box jumps

Then

4x amrap reps
strict chinups

rest 1:00 in b/t rounds

add weight or scale to get 8-10 reps the first round

staging: boxes in the center of the room
put bars away before chinups
