1 ground to overhead
2 box overs, 24” box (20” box)
2 ground to overhead
3 box overs, 24” box (20” box)
3 ground to overhead
4 box overs, 24” box (20” box)
4 ground to overhead

Etc…

You can choose to use any weight for the GTO that you wish.

Your score is the total amount of weight lifted in the 7 minutes.
