a round of the pull-up warmup
14 light kettlebell snatches
14 air squats

CrossFit Workout
21-15-9 reps for time of:
kettlebell swings, 24 kg/16 kg
pull-ups
goblet squats, same bell
push-ups

Lift
EMOM for 20 minutes of:
1 power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch
Start at 70% and go up as you can.
