Warm-up

5×2 Power clean, building to 225/155.

In between each set complete:
6 light wall balls
:15 ring support hold
1 high box jump, building to a hard height.

CrossFit Workout
On a 30 minute running clock:

0-10:00- If you can do the RX weights, do, even if the percentages are a little high.
10 power cleans 115/85 (around 40%)
8 Power cleans 135/95 (around 50%)
6 power cleans  165/110 (around 60%)
4 power cleans 185/125 (around 70%)
2 power cleans 225/155 (around 80%)

10:00-20:00
5 rounds for time
10 pushups
8 goblet squats 24/16
1 plate push the length of the gym 45/25 (sub:30 wall sit hold with 45/25)

20:00-30:00
40 double kb thrusters for time 24/16. You may also use 50/35 dumbells.

Ski Prep Workout
EMOM for 10 minutes of:
22 air squats

Rest 5 minutes
