Warm-up
5 x 3 of squat snatch
10 walking lunges after each set

CrossFit Workout
3 rounds for time of:
10 squat snatches, 135 lbs/95 lbs
20 burpees over the bar

If you can’t squat snatch 135 lbs/95 lbs, I want you to squat clean this workout.  Preferably the 135/95.  But if you can’t squat clean that weight, squat clean as much as you can.

Lift
EMOM for 20 minutes of:
1 push press + 1 split jerk
Start at 70% and go up as you can.
