Warm-up
Alternating EMOM for 12 minutes of:
10 russian swings, ascending weight
20 double-unders
a set of the pull-up warm-up

CrossFit Workout

As many reps in 20 minutes of:
30 double-unders
5 russian kettlebell swings, heavy
3 burpees to a ring
1 set of pull-up things

ring MU – 6 points
bar MU – 3 points
C2B pull-up – 2 points
chin over pull-up – 1 point

A set is the time between when you jump up on the bar and when your feet touch the ground again.
You may choose to do different types of pull-ups in different sets.
Your score is the total number of points accumulated.

Lift
Make up a lift from this week.  If you have done all of the lifts this week, do the Ski Prep.
