14 kettlebell snatches, ascending weight to workout weight
a set of toes-to-bar
30 double-unders

CrossFit Workout
50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Kettlebell snatch, 24 kg/16 kg
abmat situps

Lift
EMOM for 20 minutes of:
3 back squats
Do the first 10 sets at 70% and go up as you can after that.
