Warmup
5 x 3 of power snatch, up  to workout weight
30 double-unders after each set

CrossFit Workout
3 rounds for time of:
80 double-unders
400 meter run
20 weighted step-ups, 20″ box for all (a total of at least100 lbs/60 lbs)
10 power snatches, 135 lbs/95 lbs/65 lbs

This is done as a partner workout.  You both must run together.  You may split the rest of the reps as you wish.
