TBT – Socks.

The kettlebell warm-up.

CrossFit Workout 
EMOM for 30 minutes of:
4 pushups
6 situps
8 kettlebell snatches, 16 kg/12 kg

Do all 18 reps every minute.  Make the reps perfect.

Ski Prep Workout
EMOM for 3 minutes of:
12 jumping air squats

rest 2 minutes

Repeat 4 times, increasing the number of squats each minute by 1 rep.
