CrossFit Workout 1/3/17 Wednesday

Warm-up
5 x 3 of deadlift
Start counting your sets when you get to 60% of your max deadlift.
Intersperse a round of the pull-up warm-up after each set.

CrossFit Workout
EMOM for 30 minutes of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 aiir squats

Lift
EMOM for 20 minutes of:
1 push press +1 push jerk + 1 split jerk
Start at 70% of your push press and go up as long as everything stays clean.  When you start to get sloppy, stay at that weight until the form gets solid.  If it gets solid, try another 5 lbs.  If it doesn’t, go down to a weight that has great form and finish out the 20 minutes there.
